Are you a Xero user?
We've got some exciting news to share with you! Our excellent Xero features made managing your receipts and expenses much more accessible. ✨🌿
Remember, you can email your receipts to the Xero bills email address, remember to save it to your contacts, and for paper receipts, you can scan them in using the Xero expense app (which you need to add to your Xero subscription an extra $5 per month), which we can assist to set up. Just add us as the Xero expense admin user.

KEEP TRACK OF BUSINESS EXPENSES
For Quickbooks Users.
We know how overwhelming it can be to code expenses to the correct accounts, but fear not! 🦸♀️🦸♂️
Remember to use the Quickbooks app on your phone to scan receipts. It would help if you scanned them. You don't need to wait for the app to read them, as once scanned, they are in the system, you can see them, and you can always come back to code them to the correct accounts, or I can.
You can save the QB's email as contacts so that any digital receipts can be forwarded to QB, and then they are in the system too. 📑✉️
Using the QB's app is the easiest way to keep track of all your expenses. You can create invoices and reconcile them, and it does everything. You do not need to use the desktop version at all. I highly recommend making it a part of your weekly routine. ;)
